“Return Policy at Comfy Hugs
We want you to love your Comfy Hugs purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we have a hassle-free 7-day return policy from the date of receiving your item.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, please reach out to us at support@comfyhugs.pk. Our customer support team will provide you with the necessary details and the return shipping address.
Return Process: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll assess the issue and make it right.
Exchanges: For a quick exchange, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
