Cancellation Policy at Comfy Hugs

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs. If you wish to cancel your order, please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, our team begins processing orders, making cancellations challenging.

Cancellation Process: To cancel your order, send an email to support@comfyhugs.pk with your order number and the reason for cancellation. Our customer support team will guide you through the cancellation process.

Refund for Cancellations: If your cancellation request is received within the 24-hour window, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Late Cancellation Fee: Orders cancelled after the 24-hour window may be subject to a late cancellation fee of 15% of the order total. This fee covers processing and handling costs incurred during the initial stages of your order.

Exceptions: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our return policy for further assistance.
